Indications:
- Skin and soft tissue infections due to susceptible GPC
Adverse Reactions:
- Nausea, vomiting
- Rash, "Red-Man"
Comments:
- Effective against GPC including MRSA and VISA
- Not active against VRE
- Long half life - can be administered one time or as dual dose regimen
